Anonymous asked: Can somebody who is 154 pounds become anorexic with eating less than 500calories a day? how long would it take

im not good with all these numbers but 500 calories is way too little for your body to function on and you will become weak, not necessarily thinner. i don’t suggest that at all. if you did eat 500 calories a day, you would become anorexic because you are restricting your calorie intake dramatically. so you would eventually get anorexia if it carries on without control. there is not certain time though, it all depends on the person. if it’s you asking on behalf of yourself. please don’t eat 500 calories, you will get anorexia, and trust me you don’t want that beautiful

Anonymous asked: Can an obese person become anorexic?

yes, people think because someone is fat that they’re not anorexia but yes they can. and the constant taunts saying they can’t be anorexic because they are fat make them even worse

Anonymous asked: Do you know if you eat 200calories a day will you lose weight? i dont want to feel fat anymore i always feel gulity over eating something so small i get so scared of putting any weight on and i do eat heathly foods when i eat, my family think im jokeing but im not i only want to lose 2stone then i'll be happy untill then i'll never be happy...

2 stone is alot, and that will only happen if you carry on eating heathily and exercising. the combination of them both will mean you will lose weight. how much do you weight now? it will not happen overnight, it will take a couple of months. but doing it this way is healthier sweetheart. 200 calories a day is DEFINATELY not good, that is basically starving yourself and is over ten times less than the reccomended calories per day (rec. is 2000/2500), eating 200 calories is more likely to make you ill and your body will not have enough energy to function on such little food. best way is to eat things that are low in calories, not like chocolate bars as they have lots of calories but instead having fruit. but cutting off calories is not good and would be a start of an eating disorder. if you are really desperate to lose weight, i say tell your faimly your insecurities about your weight and ask for maybe a dietician, because losing that much weight needs monitoring. im sure you’re perfect beautiful

Anonymous asked: I'm not happy with my body at all, I weigh six stone, people say I've got the perfect body...but I don't feel like it:/

six stone is a perfect weight, how tall are you? trust me you may not see it, but the mirror is deceiving you, you are a perfect size and are beautiful. be happy with who you are, trust me hun don’t try to lose weight because it could go too far, and TRUST me you don’t need to lose weight, i would kill to be your weight x

Anonymous asked: i suffer from severe depression and anxiety, and to stop myself self harming or attempting suicide again i plan parties at my house and invite 100+ people so i have to be alive to answer questions and be the best host. i found it really helps, my poor house has to put up with it every month but its the best thing cos it keeps my brain so busy. i really recommend it to anyone, partying has literally saved my life <3

that is brilliant, im glad you have found something to help your depression. i can see how that helps because you have to be sociable and meet new people. well done for finding your own solution. thanks for helping others <3

im guessing you are a female, the ideal weight for a 5ft 1 woman is anything from 105-132 pounds, so you are the normal hun. if you however still want to lose weight DON’T go under 100 pounds, as that is underweight and could give you health problems. just be careful when losing weight, don’t lose it drastically, but lose it week by week

Anonymous asked: I think I'm developing a eating disorder. I'm obsessed with losing weight and becoming skinny. I haven't eaten a full meal in over a month and whatever I eat I always try to make myself purge.

it seems you already have an eating disorder. listen sweetie, im sure you are a perfect weight for your height but im guessing you’re a teenager, society makes us feel fat and ugly unfortunately. if you raelly want to lose weight, starving yourself is NOT the way, you more likely to lose weight if you eat healthily and exercise, try that before you go drastic and starve yourself. starvation could lead to lack of periods, damage of organs and if too far death. so please hun, if you REALLY want to lose weight do it the healthy way of going to the gym and eating healthily. what is your height and weight?
